Your Account

You're responsible for:

• Using the service legally and appropriately

What You Can't Do

• Try to reverse engineer or copy our service
• Use our service for anything illegal

Gmail Access

If you connect your Gmail account:

• We only read financial statements to extract points data
• We don't store your emails or statements
• You can disconnect anytime
• We use Google's secure OAuth system

Fees and Payments

We may charge fees for premium features. If we do:

• We'll clearly show pricing before you pay
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner
• Refunds are handled case-by-case

Third-Party Services

We integrate with airlines, hotels, and credit card programs. We are not affiliated with any airlines or hotels. We're not responsible for:

• Availability of redemptions
• Their service quality or reliability

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee:

• Perfect accuracy of points values or transfer ratios
• Availability of specific redemptions
• Uninterrupted service
• That our recommendations will always be optimal

Always verify redemption details directly with the loyalty program before booking.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for any indirect damages or losses.

Termination

Either party can end this agreement at any time. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
